Aso Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aso Cement") shall comply with the laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, set up its own rules as stipulated below, and appropriately manage the protection of personal information.

Aso Cement will use customers’ personal information for the following purposes:
- To carry out operations related to its sales activities, and
- To provide its customers with better services.

Aso Cement shall manage personal information it received under strict control of its employees in charge, and appropriately take necessary measures to prevent loss, falsification, leaks and the like.

Aso Cement will not disclose the personal information that customers have provided to any third party in principle, except in the following cases:

- In the event that it is necessary to protect life, body, or assets, and that it is difficult to obtain the consent from the customer in question, or
- In the event that Aso Cement needs to cooperate with state institutions, local public agencies, or assignees of such state institutions or local public agencies in conducting clerical work stipulated by laws and regulations and said clerical work could be hindered by obtaining the consent from the customer in question.
