For this reason, a stringent safety policy has been put into place to promote a culture of safety that will place it among the best companies worldwide in this field.
For visitors
Safety comes first in all areas of our company. A crisis management system is in place to proactively reinforce our ability to respond to emergencies, and we behave in a way, which places a top priority on lives of all those enter our premises, including employees, subcontractors, customers and suppliers. Thank you for your understanding of our safety policy and your cooperation in following our safety measures when you visit our plants, terminals and offices.
The “Health & Safety Month”: events for everybody
One of Aso Cement’s efforts to raise strong awareness among its employees and contractors is holding an annual “Health & Safety Month” in June for its employees and subcontractors but also their families and the local communities living near our installations. This is an opportunity for us to establish a program of events promoting health and safety: conferences, games during open days on sites, campaigns regarding safety standards and health policy, etc.
During the whole month of June, various activities are organized to focus on promoting health & safety. Some of the activities held were on Industrial Health & Safety, Road and Transportation Safety, Safety at Home and General Health & Safety.
